Root for 360 n5?

Hello, i'm from italy and currently i'm using the phone in english, i've deleted almost all the chinese preinstalled app but i can't uninstall some of them and they're in chinese, and i can't understand it, i need root for it, someone is developing it? i've seend there's already TWRP, but no root? why? thank you
