A820 Touchscreen issues

I don't speak any Chinese and it's very hard for me to navigate through the forum - using Google Translate and Firebug to select some elements that are not accessible otherwise. Hopefully there are some people who know English and can help me.
I'm in a desperate position. Tried to port Android 4.2.1 from A830 to A820. It worked, the phone booted, but the touchscreen is broken.
Left and right are swapped and other points are really messed up. I've tried to flash every single official A820 and mod ROM, but the problem with touchscreen remains. Formatted the whole nand flash and restored nvram block with correct imei, wi-fi mac, serial number and bluetooth, but there's no difference.

Is there a software way to fix this?
