Need information about self making ROM for Sunno A880

Hello. Sorry for the English, but I am from Belarus and do not possess a written Chinese (Russian is my native language).

I am looking for latest English or Russian ROM for Sunno A880 (based on Huawei HiSilicon K3 platform). But only Chinese ROM was found (in BIN format).

Now I am searching for tools set for dumping ROM file from Chinese version and after editing (adding localization files and registry tweaks) combine this dump into new ROM file and flashing via HiSilicon IDT tool.

Maybe anybody help me in my search?
