Recovery mode only gives black screen

First, I have bought a V816 D version a few months ago and I'm trying to install the custom ROM V816android_YL_gugestyle.zip on my phone.

The normal flashing with the SP-Flash tool v1.1052.03 is going good. Now I want to flash a custom ROM that is a zip file with inside the zip file, directories like: system and meta and files like boot.img. Does anybody know if the boot.img file must be replaced by the version D boot.img file?   

The big problem I have is booting in recovery mode. This does not work. When the phone is power off, I push the call end button and the power button. The result is that the phone displays "recovery mode"  and after 5 seconds a black screen is visible. What do you think is the problem?

I have tried the m44tools.apk program but all option are not working like reboot in bootloader, reboot in recovery, flash recovery file, power off, reboot. What do I do wrong?
