Flashing Flyme OS in your Mi Note:

Power off the phone
Enter into Recovery mode by pressing Volume + and Power Button.
After entering into TWRP, Clear the following: 1) data, 2) cache, 3) dalvik cache
Flash the Flyme ROM by selecting the zip package in the internal storage.
After flashing is complete, Clear cache and dalvik cache again
Reboot. Wait for about 2-5 minutes. Please be patient.
