ZTE U880F1 - english help to root

Hi every body, does anyone can help me to root a ZTE U880F1 ?
I'd only like to install Play store and use common apps, but I can't. I think I need to root because of Chinese restriction.
I've discovered this site, but I don't speek Chinese and I need someone that only answer me the file I need and what to do.
Just to be clear I'll need Italian language or at last english, not Chinese
