repartition Fix 2.5gb CWM recovery and Nandroid Backuo, don't work?

i have a haipai noble I9210 with firmware with kernel 19 june and repartiton fix for 2.5gb.
all work but i have a little problem:
i made a nandroid backup with english cwm.... it work
byt when i made a restore i have always a error in data restore (system restore work)
if i use Chinese CWM, when i make a restore of data it end ok... but when i reboot phone, it stuck on android logo....
Do someone have this problem?

i have a N8000 too.... with this phone and same repartition fix, all work!!!!
so i thinks that problem is in CWM.... but how i can fix it?
