Hello Everybody!

I have a Hisense HS-U8 mobile and I need some help.
Sorry but I haven't got information a lot of things and I haven't found information about this phone only in this forum.
I try to use the google transalate but it isn't good so I can't read back the other theme.

I would like to root my phone but the way which I see on the internet don't work.
I would like to make a backup my original rom and after this I would like to install a new multilanguage rom.

At this moment I cant make backup because the isn't in root mode.
Could somebody help me?
